Hi, I’m Tülay, a coach and CQ® Certified Facilitator.
I’ve spent more than twenty years in game development, working in Germany, the UK, Canada, Sweden, and Spain. With Turkish roots and an international career, my work has always sat at the intersection of people, culture, and product.
I am:
An ICF Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) and EMCC-accredited coach and mentor
A CQ® Certified Facilitator with the Cultural Intelligence Center.
In my coaching practice, I bring this experience into a grounded, human space where we focus on what you can influence next—step by step.
As an ICF- and EMCC-accredited coach, I follow a recognised code of ethics and professional standards. This includes strict confidentiality, clear agreements about how we work together, respect for your autonomy, and an honest assessment of when coaching is appropriate – and when another form of support might be more suitable.

Career coaching & mentoring—clarifying direction, strengths, and next steps in the games industry.

Mock interviews—practicing real interview questions, building confidence, and translating your skills into strong answers.
Format: 60–75 minute online sessions · We agree together on length and frequency.

CQ - Assessments & Coaching
For teams and individuals who want to work more effectively across cultures and build trust & safety within their teams.
As a CQ® Certified Facilitator, I use Cultural Intelligence (CQ) assessments and coaching to help you:
Understand your current CQ strengths and development areas,
Create concrete development plans for specific capabilities (e.g., working across cultures, adapting communication, leading diverse teams),
Build practices that strengthen trust, psychological safety, and collaboration in multicultural or distributed teams.
Format: online or on-site · assessment + debrief and optional follow-up coaching or team sessions.
