Tülay Tetiker McNally is a CQ® Certified Facilitator and certified coach who helps people and teams navigate cultural complexity, change, and leadership with more clarity and confidence. As Senior Director, Play4All at Scopely, she designs and leads strategic initiatives around inclusive design, accessibility, and cultural intelligence, and she serves on the Game Developers Conference Advisory Board.
Tülay Tetiker McNally has Turkish roots and has lived and worked in Germany, the UK, Canada, Sweden, and Spain. She is passionate about embedding developer- and player-centred inclusive design and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) into game development, crafting solutions that foster safe, enjoyable, and positive experiences for all players.
With over two decades in the games and VFX industry, Tülay has worked with companies such as Alias Wavefront, CG Channel, Microsoft, Square Enix, and SEGA. She joined BioWare in 2010 as Director of QA & Central Development Operations and, in 2018, became Senior Development Director at EA DICE Studio Operations, where she led strategic initiatives to strengthen studio culture. In 2020, she became Electronic Arts’ first Director of Inclusive Design & Product Development. Since 2023, Tülay has served as Senior Director, Play4All, at Scopely. Play4All is a strategic cultural innovation programme she created and led, providing teams with frameworks, guidance, and support around inclusive design, accessibility, and cultural intelligence.
She holds a Master of Arts in American Studies from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation & Design Thinking from Guglielmo Marconi University. Tülay is also a certified coach, mentor, and CQ® Certified Facilitator, and a member of the Game Developers Conference [GDC] Advisory Board.
