About
Tülay McNally Tetiker
I work with the people and decisions that shape games, bringing together development operations, inclusive design and creative leadership.
Games · People · Culture
A career across games and cultures.

With Turkish roots and a career spanning Germany, the UK, Canada, Sweden and Spain, I bring an international perspective to how games are made and experienced.
Over more than twenty years in game development, I have worked across SEGA, Square Enix, BioWare, DICE, Electronic Arts and Scopely. My work connects player needs, creative teams and organisational decisions.
Today, my work at Scopely includes leading PlayForAll. Previously, I was EA’s first Director of Inclusive Design & Product Development, following leadership roles in QA and development operations.
